Carl's Ghee-Saute'd Mushrooms
Carl uses clarified butter (ghee) as his oil when saute'ing mushrooms.

Instructions:
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a cast-iron skillet. Slice mushrooms. Crush a couple cloves of garlic. Chop fresh rosemary. Add mushrooms and rosemary to the pan and season with salt and white pepper. Saute' for 3 or 4 minutes. Add garlic and continue cooking until golden brown and delicious. Serve as a side dish.
