Instructions:


Put a little oil in a cold pan. Clean, dry, and quarter mushroom. Add to pan with salt and pepper. Allow the juice to come out and cook down until all the liquid is evaporated. Add a little butter and brown them up with a couple sprigs of thyme. Once cooked, add a little garlic, red wine, balsamic, and a little beef broth. Smother a steak with mushrooms, or put on a sandwich with a little mozzarella cheese.
