A rolled calzone-like dish you can make with pizza dough and whatever's kicking around.

Buy or make a pizza dough. Let sit at room temperature. Roll it out flat. Layer your favorite pizza toppings: prosciutto, salami, mortadella, provolone, mozz, parm, EVOO, etc. Roll it like a pinwheel. Tuck ends over. Drizzle olive oil and sea salt on top. Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce on the side.
