Chris Prosperi's Linquini with Red Clam Sauce
Chris makes a red clam sauce for his pasta.

Instructions:


Saute' bacon, onion, celery, and garlic. Add a can of tomatoes, chili flakes, clam juice, and fresh or canned clams. Finish with butter, cream, parm, and chopped fresh parsley. Serve over pasta of your choice.
