Carl's Sirloin Chili

Instructions:


Chop up onions, garlic, shallots, green and yellow peppers, celery, fennel, mushrooms, hot peppers, and dried chilis and saute in ghee until translucent. Set aside. Add bite-sized chunks of sirloin to the pan and brown well. Set aside with the veg, and then add tomatoes. Add flavorings: chili powder, cumin, Worchestershire, and curry powder. Simmer on low for at least 2 hours. Alternatively you can transfer to a crock pot and cook on low heat for at least 2 hours. Serve with garnish of shredded cheese, green onions, and sour cream.
