Mark's Friday-Night Flounder Filets
Mark opts for a corn-meal breading on his flounder filets

Instructions:


Dredge flounder filets in egg wash and seasoned corn meal. Fry in a cast-iron pan with 1/4 inch of oil for a few mintes per side and move to a paper plate to soak up excess oil. Serve with fresh lemon or lemon-dill butter. Serve with a chilled glass of Finca El Origen Torrontes white wine (see link on show recipes page)
