Carl's Sous Vide Turkey Breast

Instructions:


Cut the breast meat from an uncooked turkey. Seal in a FoodSaver bag with butter, herbs, and salt. Use a Sous Vide cooker (I use the Anova Precision Cooker) to cook the turkey at 135F for 2 hours. Remove, slice, and serve. It's completely safe from bacteria after 1 hour at 135, so don't freak out. Enjoy!
