Joann's Roasted Butternut Squash Puree with Goat Cheese
Goat cheese adds the right amount of tang to this luxurious puree

Instructions:


Peel and deseed a butternut squash and cut in half. Coat with olive oil and 1/4 cup of chopped sage (half in each). Cook cut-side down in the oven on parchment paper at 375 for about 45 minutes. Scoop out flesh. Blend in blender. Finish with goat cheese.
