Rosemary's Gravy

Instructions:


Preheat oven to 400F. Roast bones from turkey on sheet pan with olive oil for 20-30 minutes flipping once, until they brown. Pressure cook for 2 hours with water, aromatic vegetables, garlic, and poultry herbs (lots of rosemary). Strain and reduce. Thicken with 1/2 tsp of gluccomannan powder. Salt and white pepper to taste once desired consitency and concentration is reached.
