Chris Prosperi's Tomato Soup

Instructions:


Ingredients: 2 28-ounce cans tomatoes, 1/2 cup cream, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce, and couple dashes of Tabasco. Pour canned tomatoes into a large soup pot and bring to a simmer. Then add the cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and tabasco. Cook for 10-12 minutes. At this point puree with your immersion blender until smooth. Garnish with toasted croutons, parmesan cheese or my favorite: a grilled cheese sandwich. Makes 8 to 10 portions.
