Bake a sponge cake on a cookie sheet. Let cool and flip onto a clean kitchen towel. While it's still warm roll it up so it will hold its shape. Prepare a French butter cream while it's cooling down. Unroll and fill with the butter cream, and then roll it back up. Decorate to your heart's content.
