Carl's Spinach & Artichoke Casserole

Chop up cauliflower, broccoli, and mushrooms. Coat in olive oil and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Saute a bag of fresh spinach with olive oil and garlic. Squeeze out the water and set aside. Warm up 8oz of cream cheese in the microwave (1 minute). Drain and chop a can of artichoke hearts. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add 1 cup of shredded asiago cheese. Add 1 tbsp of Worchesterchire sauce. Add chopped black olives, pimentos, or anything else. Combine and season with salt and white pepper to taste. Place in a baking dish and cover with shredded Jack cheese. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
