Chris' Roast Goose

Instructions:


Preheat oven to 250F. Season a prepared goose with salt and pepper. Poke holes in the skin all over the goose, and place in a roasting pan. You can optionally place cut potato pieces in the bottom of the pan. Roast until golden brown and delicious, about 4 hours, rotating every hour to let the fat render out.
