Instructions:

Prepare some scrambled eggs. Add a circle of parchment paper to the bottom of a 9-inch cake pan. Lay down a flour tortilla. Add a layer of eggs and a layer of cheese. Add leftover turkey pieces, blobs of stuffing, peas, or anything else you have laying around. Add another layer of cheese, eggs, and tortillas. Top with cheese and bake at 425F until nice and cripy. Pop it out and cool. Serve in wedges.
