Carl's Haluski (Cabbage and Keilbasa)
A Polish-American version of a Polish peasant dish, and a great way to stretch sausage into a meal.

Instructions:
Chop a head of cabbage and saute with olive oil with garlic, salt, and pepper. Add caraway seeds to taste. The original recipe includes sauted onions as well. Optionally add egg noodles if you eat carbs. Slice kielbasa and saute in a pan with butter. Combine and serve with sour cream.
