Instructions:


Start with a flour tortilla. Smear softened cream cheese and refried beans on it. Lay down strips of chicken, beef, or your favorite protein. Add diced avocado and cilantro. Roll it up as tight as you can like sushi. Wrap and refrigerate in the fridge for a couple hours. Slice it and serve like sushi with salsa and sour cream on the side.
