Instructions:

Cook a lobster, remove the meat, and cut it into bite-sized chunks. Heat a couple tablespoons of the cooking water in a pan up to a simmer. Whisk in cold unsalted butter. Remove from heat. Place the lobster meat in the butter mixture and let it sit off-heat. Grill your hot-dog buns, and using a slotted-spoon place the meat in the bun. Finish with a little sea salt (and maybe a little more butter).
